HT Energy is proud to announce that we have been selected by the Vietsovpetro (VSP) to provide Hot Oil Flushing services for the Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) units on the KNT-KTN platform.
This offshore campaign marks a significant milestone, following the successful completion of the onshore flushing phase executed by HT Energy earlier in 2025.
About the KNT-KTN Project: A Strategic Asset in the Cuu Long Basin
The KNT-KTN wellhead platform project, located within the Kinh Ngu Trang fields, is one of Vietsovpetro’s key strategic developments. The commissioning of the KNT-KTN platform not only boosts oil and gas production capacity but also showcases Vietnam’s advanced capabilities in offshore engineering, fabrication, and installation.
The Gas Turbine Generators (GTGs) serve as the “heart” of the platform, providing essential power for all production activities. Ensuring the highest level of cleanliness in the lube oil and control oil systems is critical to preventing turbine malfunctions and guaranteeing long-term operational stability.
