HT Energy provides professional Flange Management services to ensure leak-free assembly and long-term integrity of piping systems. Flange leakage is one of the most common causes of hydrocarbon releases, safety incidents, and commissioning delays in industrial facilities.
Our flange management scope covers the entire joint lifecycle, including flange inspection, surface preparation, bolt and gasket selection, controlled tightening, alignment, and final certification. HT Energy applies both manual torqueing and hydraulic bolt tensioning, using calibrated equipment to achieve accurate and repeatable bolt loads.
We support bolt sizes from ½” to 3½”, with hydraulic tensioning up to 25,000 psi and torqueing up to 10,000 psi. All activities comply with ANSI B16.5, ASME B31.3, IEC 61400, and ISO standards, including specialized bolting procedures for wind turbine and heat exchanger applications.
HT Energy utilizes digital flange management software to record joint data, torque values, tightening sequences, and completion status. This data-driven approach improves quality control, traceability, and maintenance planning.
Our services are applied during construction, commissioning, shutdowns, and maintenance for offshore platforms, refineries, petrochemical plants, and renewable energy projects. Proper flange management by HT Energy reduces rework, prevents leaks, and ensures a safe, reliable plant start-up.
