LDV-A CPP N₂/He Leak Test Campaign Completed Ahead of Schedule — Zero Safety Incidents

HT Energy successfully completed the comprehensive N₂/He leak testing campaign for the LDV-A Central Processing Platform in just over 3 months, finishing ahead of the original schedule.

Every test pack passed the first time with zero non-conformances and zero lost-time incidents—a testament to rigorous procedure compliance, equipment reliability, and crew discipline offshore.

The LDV-A campaign showcased HT Energy’s core strengths: precision nitrogen management, reliable LN₂ converter operation under sustained duty cycles, real-time helium detection, and seamless coordination with platform operations and PTSC contractor teams. Our crew of 30+ personnel maintained full compliance with OSHA PTW protocols, DNV pre-commissioning standards, and API 598 leak test acceptance criteria throughout the 3-month execution window.

With leak testing now complete, HT Energy is transitioning into the preservation purging phase using filtered, dry nitrogen to maintain system cleanliness and protect against corrosion during the platform’s post-mechanical completion phase.

This successful delivery reinforces our position as Vietnam’s trusted operator for large-scale subsea and topside pre-commissioning work, and our ability to execute capital projects on schedule without compromising safety or technical rigor.
