HT Energy provides specialized Hot Oil Flushing services to achieve high cleanliness levels in lubrication and hydraulic oil systems. Hot oil flushing is essential to protect rotating and hydraulic equipment from early-stage damage caused by particulate contamination.

During fabrication and installation, metal particles, welding residues, and debris often remain trapped inside oil systems. If not removed, these contaminants can cause accelerated wear, bearing damage, valve malfunction, and system failure during start-up.

HT Energy applies heated oil circulation at high flow velocity to dislodge and remove contaminants effectively. Our flushing processes achieve cleanliness levels in accordance with NAS 1638 and ISO 4406 standards, with filtration capability down to 1 micron and flow rates up to 1,250 LPM.

Our service scope includes engineering, flushing procedure development, oil heating units, filtration skids, monitoring instruments, and trained manpower. Flushing parameters such as temperature, velocity, and duration are carefully controlled to ensure effective cleaning without damaging system components.
