HT Energy Completes Hydrostatic Test of 16″ DBB Valve — Lac Da Vang Project

HT Energy has successfully completed the Hydrostatic Seat Test of a 16″ Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Valve for the Lac Da Vang Field Development, executed in Vung Tau as sub-contractor to PTSC Offshore Services (POS).

The DBB valve is a critical component of the subsea pipeline and tie-in system — demanding absolute sealing integrity and a rigorously controlled testing process before installation. The HT Energy team carried out the work methodically, in full compliance with the approved procedure and the relevant international oil & gas standards.

The entire scope was passed on the first attempt — no leakage, no non-conformance (NCR) — fully witnessed and accepted by representatives of all relevant parties. The valve was released ACCEPTED, ready for the next phase of fabrication and installation.

This achievement once again confirms HT Energy’s capability and reputation in testing, pressure-testing and pre-commissioning services for subsea valves, pipelines and equipment — a field that demands precision, experience and the highest level of safety commitment.

It is also the result of close collaboration between the HT Energy team and our partners. We sincerely thank our client for their trust and our entire team for delivering the work on schedule, to standard and with absolute safety.

HT Energy remains committed to partnering with clients at home and abroad, delivering reliable engineering solutions for the energy and oil & gas industry.
